All potential returns must be reported within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. The products must be in impeccable condition, with all seals and packaging accessories unopened and in resealable condition.
If the return request is accepted by Nbrhombus, the client will be responsible for paying the delivery fee and any price difference, if applicable, for the new product to be shipped.
In the case of defective products, please ensure that the product remains in its original packaging. Nbrhombus will bear all shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, and they must be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as discounted or sale items, wrongly ordered items, OEM fluids, and electrical goods, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
After we receive your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following options:
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2 PM, with guaranteed turnaround time of 3-4 hours. Standard delivery has a maximum turnaround time of 2 working days.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@nbrhombus.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. All returned goods should be sent to House 42, Road 9D, Nikunja 1, Dhaka - 1229.
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for your returned item unless an incorrect product was sent by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions. Please do not send items manufactured by other parties back to the manufacturer.
